The workshop will build on the momentum of the Third International CHW Symposium held in March 2023, highlighting important themes and persistent barriers for continued discussion with a view to furthering alignment of donor and partner interest and efforts, and increased investment into community health and CHW programmes.

The event features dialogue with a Community Health Worker from Kenya, the Niger Ministry of Health, and leaders from World Vision International; Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance; the Global Fund; Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention; Women in Global Health; Community Health Impact Coalition; UNICEF; and World Health Organization.
